What is the cost to join?

How do I become a member?
- On the Member Access panel on the Home Page click “Create an account”.
- Register new user page is next up. Fill in these details and click “Next”.
- Register New User detailed information. Fill in this form and click “Next”.
Note: you can choose the privacy settings of each individual piece of information.
- Add Profile Picture: Click “Browse” to choose a picture and click upload. You can make changes to the photo and thumbnail once you have followed the next steps and logged in for the first time.
Click “Skip” if you want to come back to this later.
- User Registered: This message tells you that your account has been created and an activation link has been sent to your email. Click the activation link in the email before you login.
Note: You will also receive an email stating your username and password for our site. The username is automatically generated and you don’t have to remember it because you will only have to login with your email address.
- Once you have clicked the activation link on your email you will be taken back to our site where you will see an Activation Complete message on our website.
- In the Member Access panel you can now enter your login details to access your Profile Page within our community.

How can we post a conference?
- Once you are a member, sign in and click 'Events' in the community toolbar.
- On My Events page click 'Create'.
- Fill in the details.
- Click 'Creat Event' to finish.
- The event will then go to our team for approval and we will contact you for an image to be used on the website.

Forums: Overview
The Forum page is divided into several sections.
Main Forum: Located at the top, this forum has different categories for your specialty (sub-forums). Any questions related to these areas should be posted here.
Societies & Groups: Located below the Main Forum they are divided into various geographical regions. Each Society or Group has their own sub-forum. These forums are used for discussions that directly affect that society or group, such as upcoming events, membership issues, etc.
Forums: Top Toolbar
Index: The Home Page for the forum where you can see the list of all sub forums within each category listed in the Overview above.
Recent Topics: Here you will find a list of the recent topics posted within all sub-forums within the site.
Rules: Posting Rules. Pretty obvious but need to be stated.
Help: Stuck? Let us show you how it all works.
Search: Search for specific topics within the Forums.
Forums: How to Post a Topic
- You must be a member to post topics within the Forums.
- Choose the forum you would like to post a topic.
- Click New Topic
- Fill in the details. Note: the boardcode shows a variety of emoticans. Hold you mouse over each one to show you what you need to type in order to show.
- Click Submit
Forums: How to Add Your Voice to Discussions
- You must be a member to be involved in discussions on our Forums.
- Navigate to the topic where you want to make a comment.
- Click “Reply”.
- Fill in the details. Note: the boardcode shows a variety of emoticans. Hold you mouse over each one to show you what you need to type in order to show.

Karma: Let people know if they have made a good quality post.
Subscribe: Subscribe to a post and be notified when someone responds to the topic. You can see your subscribed topics on your Community Profile page from the Forum drop-down menu.

Internet Explorer 6 is a 10 year old browser that doesn't have the capability to run modern websites. Only 8% of our users use IE6 and that is steadily dropping each month. We have opted to design the website with a focus towards mobile devices and increased security, therefore supporting IE6 fully has become almost impossible. For the best experience using this site we highly recommend updating your browser. If your IT department still insist you use IE6, then I suggest you hide the chocolates and other goodies from them until they upgrade your system.
